１．Establishment of Complaince Program and continuous improvement
The directors and employees of AMATA shall be aware of the importance of the protection of Private Information, and will establish a Compliance Program for the purpose of the protection of Private Information, and will undertake, maintain, and continuously improve said Program.
With regards to the Collection, Usage, and Provision of Private Information for the business purposes and work activities of AMATA, said Private Information will be handled responsibly and in accordance with the stipulations set out by AMATA
AMATA shall, in the interest of preventing the Leakage or Unlawful Alteration of Private Information, establish stipulations regarding, as well as implement Safety Measures, in order to prevent the Unlawful Access, Loss, Destruction, Alteration or Leakage of Private Information.
AMATA will respect the rights of the individual with regards to their Private Information, and with regards to requests from individuals for the Disclosure, Amendment or Deletion of the Private Information of said individuals, AMATA will act appropraiately in accordance with conventional wisdom and general practice.
AMATA shall comply with all laws and/or regulations regarding Private Information, and all employees of AMATA shall be aware of the importance of the protection of Private Information, and shall implement appropriate methods for the handling of such Private Information.
