After working for a regular company for two years, I saw potential in the computer business (industrial\u00a0<\/span>revolution via the Internet!) and switched to the game industry. \u00a0I pursued a career as a game designer and director. I currently work as the producer of “FINAL FANTASY AGITO.” Of course, it’s very tough work (LOL), but I enjoy it. I work with veteran staff whose games I’ve played before and with younger staff who are passionate about developing games,\u00a0so every day is very exciting for me. \u00a0When it comes to work, I strive to constantly bring results that win praise. \u00a0However, having received compliments once, I won’t receive it again for the same level of work, so\u00a0it keeps getting\u00a0ougher (the bar gets\u00a0higher!) (LOL). Amata is a company that figures out \u201chow to get things\u00a0done\u201d. \u00a0Calling it a company that \u201cbreaks down the Impossible into small, Possible pieces\u201d wouldn\u2019t be a stretch either. \u00a0In their work, they have clear choices and a clear focus. Personally, I think Amata has more foresight than other companies in the industry. \u00a0If anything, since\u00a0it puts heavy emphasis on development, I’d like to see it give more emphasis to\u00a0business operations. \u00a0Although it’s not a big company, it can do anything. \u00a0I really feel its potential for growth. I want co-workers who can think fast and offer solutions. Although having highly specialized skills and bountiful\u00a0experience are attractive qualities, it would be best if it didn\u2019t come at the expense of flexibility in\u00a0working in an organization. The value of the information we have differs between myself and others,\u00a0so\u00a0 I would appreciate people who would be willing\u00a0to share information so we can both grow.
\nRegarding Amata, I thought, “For the sake of bringing better services to the end users, this company would boldly make proposals to the client even if\u00a0it would be hard on the company.” \u00a0I felt like this was a company where that kind of stuff might really happen, so that\u2019s\u00a0why I joined. \u00a0Of course, after joining the company, whenever things got serious I would boldly give proposals if\u00a0needed (LOL).<\/span>

\n<\/span><\/p>\nPeople who would speed up the growth of the company’s organization are welcome.<\/span><\/h3>\n
\n(Of course, I too would be willing\u00a0 to share information.) \u00a0Also, since we lack older employees, I would be really pleased if some\u00a0good people in their 30s were to join us. \u00a0I must sound pretty selfish, wishing for this and that huh (LOL).<\/span><\/p>\n
