Sharing the financial situation of the company and status reports of each project with all company members on a quarterly basis.<\/span><\/p>\n

Side Jobs are allowed<\/span><\/h3>\n

Employees\u2019s\u00a0side jobs are both allowed and recognized as\u00a0opportunities for nurturing a business mind and acquiring new skills.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Special Leave<\/span><\/h3>\n

Special Leaves\u00a0 (Congratulation \/ Condolence Leave) are\u00a0now granted for common-law marriages, including same-sex marriages, in the same way it is granted for civil marriages.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Phone Plan\u00a0Allowance<\/span><\/h3>\n

\u00a55,000 per month will be subsidized for phone plan\u00a0expenses for devices such as smartphones etc.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Assistance in maintaining the work environment<\/span><\/h3>\n

50,000 yen\/year will be subsidized for the purchase of multifunctional terminals such as smartphones, and furniture, PCs, and peripherals related to the work environment for telecommuting.<\/span><\/p>\n

Housing Allowance<\/span><\/h3>\n

Housing rent will be subsidized for employees who live within two station stops from the office. (Tokyo \u00a530,000 per month, Sapporo \u00a515,000 per month)

Project Gatherings\u00a0Subsidization<\/span><\/h3>\n

In order to enhance\u00a0communications between project members, \u00a54,000 per person will be subsidized for social gatherings once per quarter.<\/span><\/p>\n

Training \/ Study Groups<\/span><\/h3>\n

In addition to new recruitment training (introductory training, follow-up training), training sessions for\u00a0various business skills and themed voluntary study sessions\u00a0are held from time to time.
