We do not satisfy ourselves\u00a0with only creating games, and are constantly seeking new challenges each day.<br \/>\nContinuously challenge new things again and again, and seek to go beyond who you are right now. \u00a0 AMATA will be there to support you along the way!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Applications can be made up until the age of 29.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Those who are under 29 years of age and hold no prior\u00a0experience(no previous career experience or less than three years experience in the gaming industry) are eligible to apply. Fresh graduates are of course also eligible for application.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">* Experienced candidates with less than three years of\u00a0experience can choose\u00a0to apply either as a Challenger, or as a Journeyman (prior experience).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Across-the-board monthly salary of\u00a0\u00a5240,000.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For those without experience and below the age of 29, regardless\u00a0of whether you attended university, or a specialty, technical, or junior college, or whether you are a new or\u00a0previous graduate, the monthly salary after joining is \u00a5240,000 across-the-board.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ability to choose month of joining.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Doing away with\u00a0the conventional system of taking on all new employees in April,\u00a0potential candidates are allowed\u00a0to apply\u00a0all year round. \u00a0Since we have set\u00a0both April and October as the two months for when new employees can join, \u00a0job hunting activities can be done at your own pace.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Reapplications welcome!<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Even if you were\u00a0unsuccessful in your previous application, \u00a0you can\u00a0reapply by presenting us with new works or documents (the portfolios or essays essential in applying for each type of job). \u00a0There are\u00a0 no application limits, and you are allowed\u00a0to apply as many times as you wish.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Issuance of the Challenger Passport (CP)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A\u00a0 Challenger Passport (CP) will be issued to all prospective employees who pass the application. \u00a0The CP contains benefits available only to those individuals as well!<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Benefits<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(1) You are allowed\u00a0to choose your year of entry into the company. \u00a0There is no need to begin work\u00a0as soon as you have received an offer.
