Around 6 months after the game was first released on Meta Quest Store on March 18, 2022, the SteamVR version of The Tale of Onogoro has finally been released today in response to requests from many VR gamers.
The SteamVR version of the game features graphic options such as high-resolution rendering, soft-shadow effect enhancements, as well as extra post-processing effects, all of which are aimed at providing gamers with higher-quality experiences according to their PC specifications.
To celebrate the launch of the SteamVR version, a 20% off sale will be held starting today.
In conjunction with this release, The Tale of Onogoro Original Soundtrack is now also available for purchase on the Steam Store.

About The Tale of Onogoro
The Tale of Onogoro was created by producer/director Hiromichi Takahashi and the development team behind the VR Escape-the-Room game Last Labyrinth. Last Labyrinth received numerous accolades at game and VR events worldwide due to its unique VR experience.
The Tale of Onogoro combines traditional Japanese culture and steampunk elements to create its unique world. The Player travels with Haru, a Japanese high priestess, solving sprawling puzzles and battling giant beast-like beings called “Kami” along the way.
This game was first released worldwide on Meta Quest Store on March 17, 2022. It was released on Steam on September 28, 2022, and will be available on Oculus Rift, PICO and PlayStation®VR in the future.
