The Tale of Onogoro selected for FIVARS’ Official Selections Fall 2022!
October 12, 2022, Tokyo – Amata K.K. is pleased to announce that the VR Action-Adventure Game, The Tale of Onogoro has been selected as an official selection for The Festival of International Virtual and Augmented Reality Stories (FIVARS).

The Festival of International Virtual and Augmented Reality Stories (FIVARS) has selected The Tale of Onogoro as an Official Selection. It will be exhibited at FIVARS in Fall 2022, which will be held in Toronto, Canada from October 28th to November 16th, 2022. It is the only Japanese content to be selected as an Official Selection.

About The Tale of Onogoro
The Tale of Onogoro was created by producer/director Hiromichi Takahashi and the development team behind the VR Escape-the-Room game Last Labyrinth. Last Labyrinth received numerous accolades at game and VR events worldwide due to its unique VR experience.
The Tale of Onogoro combines traditional Japanese culture and steampunk elements to create its unique world. The Player travels with Haru, a Japanese high priestess, solving sprawling puzzles and battling giant beast-like beings called “Kami” along the way.
This game was first released worldwide on Meta Quest Store on March 17, 2022. It was released on Steam on September 28, 2022, and will be available on Oculus Rift, PICO, and PlayStation®VR in the future.
